1. Voice majors in the applied music degree program (includes opera majors).
2. In the event of termination of the Bachelor of Music applied voice program, award may be given to voice majors in the sacred music program or the music education program.
3. If entering freshman, recipient shall have been in the upper quarter of high school graduating class.
4. May be awarded to currently enrolled student.
5. Emphasis to be placed on voice talent and scholarship will only be given when a suitable candidate is found.
