Charles & Melanie Winton Foundation Endowed Scholarship (General)
Provide scholarship support to first-generation students who have achieved at least 60 credit hours and maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA. Preference given to students who are Pell Grant eligible and members of the Black Student Association. When making awards, split the amount evenly between two students.
