1. To provide a scholarship restricted to undergraduate students
2. In good academic standing
3. From the Memphis metropolitan area (as defined by the U.S. Census Bureaus MemphisForrest City, TN-AR-MS combined statistical area)
4. Attending the University who
5. Are within a year of graduating and
6. Who face significant financial challenges
