The gift will be used for the following purpose:
1. This scholarship is restricted to full-time,
2. Undergraduate students
3. From the Memphis metropolitan area (as defined by the U.S. Census Bureau’s Memphis-Forrest City, TN-AR-MS Combined Statistical Area)
4. With a demonstrated financial need who
5. Are majoring in the programs of the Fogelman College of Business & Economics
