Mark Sowards Memorial Scholarship (Fogelman College of Business and Economics)

1. Junior or above classification (may be Graduate level)
2. Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50
3. Intent to enter the field of Real Estate
4. Recipient must maintain full-time status (12 credit hours) to retain the scholarship as an undergraduate student. Recipient must qualify annually to retain the scholarship, but may not retain it for more than four semesters as an undergraduate student.
5. The scholarship shall also be available for graduate students. An undergraduate recipient may apply for renewal of the scholarship for graduate studies in the field of real estate. Graduate students who received his/her undergraduate degree from another institution may also be eligible. Full-time status and a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 shall be required for graduate level recipients.
