Joyce M. Todd (General)

The gift will be used for the following purpose:
1. To provide financial support to a full-time student enrolled at the University of Memphis.
2. Recipient must be a US Citizen.
3. Recipient must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
4. Applicants must submit a letter of reflection about his/her community service participation.
5. A letter of recommendation from the service coordinator of the organization/institution must accompany application.
6. Preference will be given to a student with documented service hours helping individuals in underrepresented or impoverished communities or individuals with special needs.
