Rosie Phillips Bingham Book Scholarship (General)

The recipients of this scholarship shall be enrolled at the UOM and shall be selected in accordance with the following process and criteria:

Awards shall be given to deserving students who represent an under-represented population and contribute to the diversity of the student body and whose financial needs are not met by Pell Grants and/or other financial assistance and who are not receiving other book scholarship assistance. The selection process shall be coordinated through the University’s Scholarship Office.
