Sylvia G. and Edwin M. Marks Scholarship Fund (General)

Recipients of the basketball scholarship(s)
shall be enrolled at MSU and:
A. shall be a member of the Memphis State University basketball team
B. shall be chosen in accordance with NCAA requirements and guidelines
C. shall express a strong belief in the American Way of Life

Recipients of the academic scholarships shall be enrolled at MSU and:
A. shall maintain a 2.75 minimum GPA
B. shall demonstrate financial need
C. shall express a strong belief in the American Way of Life

Awards shall be made to qualified students regardless of race, sex, color or religion. Recipients may reapply for the scholarship each year, providing they continue to meet the specified criteria and remain in good academic standing.
