James Edgar Thomas Memorial Scholarship Fund (General I)

1. Recipient shall be a US citizen.
2. Enrolled as an Undergraduate at the University of Memphis.
3. May be Full-time or Part-time.
4. Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.
5. Preference given to students with financial need and who are either employees (or dependents of an employee) of Tiger Book Store, or dependents of Edgar Thomas.
6. Tiger Book Store shall be responsible for verifying employment and/or dependent information. If there are no applicants who meet these criteria, the award may be given to other University of Memphis students who meet the citizenship and GPA requirements. A recipient may receive this award for a maximum of 2 semesters.
