Rita & Lloyd Stovall Scholarship (General)

The gift will be used for the following purpose:
1. To provide a scholarship restricted to undergraduate students
2. From the Memphis metropolitan area (as defined by the U.S. Census Bureau???s Memphis-Forrest City, TN-AR- MS Combined Statistical Area)
3. Attending the University with
4. A demonstrated financial need, and
5. Who are majoring in, or who intend to major in, the following programs:
Undergraduate students who are graduates of GW Carver, Manassas or Whitehaven
6. No minimums for ACT or GPA; however,
7. Students shall submit a written essay about their need for the scholarship, their future goals or their community service and/or extracurricular activities.
