The William Zuber Scholarship (College of Arts and Sciences)

1. Eligible students must be declared majors in the B.S. in Chemistry (41 credit hr degree) or the Bachelor of Science with a major in Chemistry (32 credit hr degree) program who have completed at least 12 hrs of chemistry course credit towards this degree.
2. Must have a 3.2 cum gpa and must enroll in 3 or more credit hrs of chemistry during the semester(s) supported by the scholarship. Continuation for second semester. is contingent upon completing all chemistry courses with at least a ‘B-’ during first semester.

Note:Second-time recipients must meet same criteria but must have completed 18 credit hrs of chemistry credits towards degree program. Under special circumstances, outstanding freshman and sophomore chemistry majors may be considered. Consideration will be given to overall gpa, chemistry gpa, courses taken, and chemistry related activities such as active membership in the Student Affiliates of the ACS. Payment will be made after the final drop date for that semester.
