Art Alumni/Mary Margaret Ross (College of Communication and Fine Arts)
1. Art major.
2. Shall provide and be selected on the basis of the following:
a. A current resume.
b. Two letters of reference, including one from an advisor.
c. A portfolio of current work or examples of art research and writing.
d. A personal written statement of why and how a scholarship will enhance their studies in the Art Department.
e. Documentation of a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
3. Selected by committee composed of the Art Department Scholarship and Awards committee with the nomination(s) subject to the
approval of the Art Alumni Board.
This scholarship requires a portfolio submission in order to be complete. The portfolio is due February 1st. No portfolios received after February 1st will be accepted. The ideal portfolio will be in the form of a single pdf document. If you are using Power point it does contain an option to convert files into pdf format.
