E Taylor & Mary Richardson (General I)

This award(s) shall be given to students who:
a. are preferably graduates of Lake County High School in Tiptonville, TN.
b. demonstrated academic ability and have a minimum of 3.0 GPA
c. have some degree of need as determined after review of the student’s completed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form
d. If a student who demonstrates both academic ability and need is not found, then an award may be given to a student without need

Once chosen, students may continue to receive the scholarship as long as they are in good academic standing.
