1. Deserving and needy graduates of the Memphis public high schools.
2. Demonstrate outstanding scholastic achievements.
3. Recipient and parents shall be resident citizens of Shelby County, Tennessee.
4. Selected by Scholarship Office.
5. Standard 2.8 cumulative GPA used for renewal purposes.
