Tillie Blen Alperin Memorial Law (Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law)

The recipient must be a Law School student who meets the following criteria:

• must have successfully completed at least first year of law school with a ‘B’ average.
• must have good moral character, high achievement standards and a demonstrated commitment to the legal profession.
• must have financial need.

Preference may be given to those applicants who have overcome significant obstacles in pursuit of advanced education.

The recipient may be awarded the scholarship in subsequent years to the initial award if the minimum criteria described above are met. Scholarship renewal is subject to the approval of the CCH School of Law selection committee.
