George D and Carol C Barnes Scholarship in Civil Engineering (College of Engineering)

1. This scholarship award(s) shall be given to one or more full-time undergraduate student(s) majoring in civil engineering at the Herff College of Engineering at the University of Memphis.
2. To be eligible students must have completed one year of engineering studies
3. Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 and be making continuous progress towards degree completion in civil engineering.
4. The scholarship may be renewed annually for a maximum total of 3 consecutive years for each individual recipient.
